The staff was very kind, especially Tolga at reception. He gave excellent advice about places to visit and things I should do. The rooftop bar has beautiful views, so I spent some time there. The hotel location is great and the area felt very nice.

I noticed some chairs being dragged on the floor above my room late at night.

the hotel was in a central location, near attractions. the staff were friendly. they assisted with my airport transfers. the reception staff helped me surprise my friend with breakfast and flowers.

the air conditioning didnt worked properly in my rooms, it was a inconvenient.

The staff was helpful . They offered assistance with directions and local recommendations. I found them readily available and eager to assist with any queries. The airport transfer service arranged by the hotel was punctual and convenient.

I experienced some minor noise from nearby rooms, a slight disturbance.

The reception staff was super friendly. Necmettin, Kerim and Emrah were especially helpful. The staff helped book taxis at fair prices and provided tourist information, this service was invaluable to us.
