The room I was assigned was quite small. the shower had very low water pressure, difficult to use. It was either too hot or too cold.

I stayed for two nights and found the location excellent near the main attractions. The staff was always very helpful. The room was clean and well-kept with daily service. I also liked the rooftop restaurantwith lovely views.

The floors were not properly insulated, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. I could also hear hallway activity and street sounds. This made resting difficult at times. I recommend they improve the soundproofing

The staff was very kind, especially Tolga at reception. He gave excellent advice about places to visit and things I should do. The rooftop bar has beautiful views, so I spent some time there. The hotel location is great and the area felt very nice.

I noticed some chairs being dragged on the floor above my room late at night.
